The Title Register will be noted with details of conveyancing deeds that have been retained digitally and which are available to purchase. The Land Registry store Deeds they consider important as they often contain important detail relating to covenants, easements, restrictions and agreements, and often have Deed Plans attached to them.

Read together, they contain all the information needed to prove ownership. Sometimes it is wise to obtain further details of the covenants and easements, which can be done by obtaining the conveyancing deeds.
